Here’s what you can expect when you ask Eleven to represent you in your job search. We monitor how we’re doing against these commitments every week and take immediate action on the rare occasions our service falls below expectations.

  1. We will be clear and straightforward with you as to whether we are able to support your job search

  2. We will work in partnership with you and take the time to understand your career aspirations, representing you accurately and honestly to potential employers 

  3. You will be advised by a dedicated consultant

  4. We will only submit your CV to a client with your explicit permission 

  5. After your CV has been sent to a client, we will give you an update within 72 hours 

  6. We will help you to fully prepare for your interview, providing information and insights about the company and the role, to give you the best possible chance of success 

  7. After an interview, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your feedback and next steps  

  8. We commit to share client feedback after an interview the same day we receive it. If there is a delay for any reason, we will agree when and how to keep you updated until the end of the process 

  9. We will offer practical and impartial guidance to support you through the stages of a job offer 

  10. We ask all submitted candidates to review our service. If things have not gone as you expected, a member of our management team will be in touch

  11. Your dedicated consultant can be available for a career review and ongoing advice
