  1. We will be upfront about how and whether we can help you

  2. We will work in partnership with you, understanding and respecting your recruitment processes

  3. We will take the time to fully understand your company ethos, the business objectives behind your hiring plans and the details of your role and person specifications

  4. The team looking after your assignment will be specialists in the sector

  5. We will give you a single point of contact within the team for each assignment

  6. We will present the best candidates for the job, ensuring that they have been thoroughly screened and qualified. We will not oversell candidates

  7. We will ensure that all candidates presented have given their express permission to be represented to you by us

  8. We will represent your employer brand faithfully in the market

  9. We will agree a timescale within which we will update you with progress on assignments

  10. We will provide you with market information and insights into the industry

  11. We will ask for feedback after assignment to learn how we can improve our service to you
