Nick Smith - Managing Director

Nick’s Great Grandfather Sir Albert Smith built our parent company Ashley & Dumville, and it was Nick who launched Oil Recruitment in 1988. Nick has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the oil industry and believes passionately in continuing the family tradition of embracing change and adapting as the industry evolves.

Sarah Stott - Director

Sarah is the heart and soul of Eleven, having celebrated over 18 work anniversaries and been instrumental in driving the evolution of the business. Leading our new business development activity, she is broadly networked and well respected in her niche sectors.

Anthony Baron - Director

Anthony joined Oil Recruitment in 2010 and was promoted to Director after years of success building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service to candidates in the downstream oil, gas, power and LNG sectors. He leads our team of consultants and resourcers, with a passionate, focused and pragmatic approach.

Fiona Hammond - Operations and HR Manager

Fiona is our systems and process guru. Having worked in many roles in the business, no-one looks after our data and compliance better and continually finds ways to introduce efficiencies to our systems.

Rhian Burge - Head of Marketing

Rhian joined us in 2018 and is responsible for the Eleven brand, building our reputation and attracting new candidates.  She brings a wealth of experience in engineering and tech marketing and is passionate about the importance of data and CRM.


Lisa Best - Head of Continuous Improvement

Lisa is the newest member of our management team.  She is a qualified ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach with a passion and commitment for developing high performing teams and improving business processes. 

She is sharing her experience of 21 years working in a FTSE 100 company.
