After graduating from the University of Manchester in 2006, I moved down to London and started at a FTSE 250 recruitment firm. I quickly learnt the importance of trust with candidates and clients and how I can positively impact on a person’s career path.
I relocated back to the North West at the end of 2017 and joined Eleven in the Summer of 2020. Their candidate ethos was a huge draw for me; as well as their deeply ingrained relationships with their clients.

I work with my candidates in the way that I would like to be treated if I were job seeking; providing timely and honest feedback, don’t oversell or use clichés and to listen to what their aspirations are. I prepare my candidates with as much information as possible – with the information that I would like to know personally.
