Working in large, global and small and specialist family owned recruitment companies has given me a great amount of variety and experience in all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including researching, talent mapping, candidate pipelining, interviewing, shortlisting, negotiating offers, contingent and retained search.
In my role as Client Development Consultant at Eleven Recruitment, I feel that honesty, integrity and professionalism are key to success alongside excellent listening skills.
It was the buzz and variety of work and necessary skills that first attracted me to recruitment, and that buzz is still there today.
I am adept at building and nurturing genuine and meaningful business relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates. My high standards mean I always try to do my absolute best, be that as an employee or recruitment partner at work, or a mum and partner at home.

Providing a great service for me is about being genuine, listening, staying in touch, calling when you say you will call, being consultative, not over promising then under delivering.
