Eleven are working with an established fuels and lubricants company, who are looking to enhance their sales team with the appointment of a Business Development/Sales Manager.
There will be training on the specifics around the products, processes and clients, but we are looking for candidates with experience within the fuels and lubricants industry, as this will be an autonomous/field based position.
The role will initially be 100% remote, due to the current situation, so we're looking for someone that is willing and able to work from home, and has the drive and determination to exceed doing this. Moving forward there will be the opportunity to work from the main site, with travel to customer sites for new business and account management meetings.
The role covers the Midlands area, so willingness and ability to travel is a must. You must have a full valid UK driving licence.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities through a multi-channel approach
Implement focused business development strategies to capitalise on leads
Understand and utilise value selling methodology
Implement best practice and appropriate technical advice to customers
Manage account and client retention activities
You must have/be:
Technical knowledge of fuels/lubricants industries
Proven track record of sales ability, and commercial acumen
Highly organised with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong in relationship building and communication skills
