OVERVIEW
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to increase new business within mid and large volume and revenue clients. You will be covering a large area, Midlands and South, so a huge opportunity to deliver great results and achieve targets. This is a home based role which will involve lots of travel, approx 3 days/week. The idea candidate must be happy with making own appointments as well as following up on leads.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop an excellent understanding of all products, processes and services
Identify , engage with and convert new prospects in the mid and large volume and revenue sectors
Appointment making, attending client visits and presentations to establish client needs and ensure these needs are met offering the best solutions for the stakeholder
Manage the formal tender process, internally and externally, when required
Working towards agreed company KPI's and targets, developing pipeline and client relationships
Ensure all sales activity is correctly logged on company database - salesforce

REQUIREMENTS
Have a good insight across elements of the fuel market, be aware of market changes and pricing fluctuations. Aware of competitor market and offerings
Excellent presentation and communication skills with commercial awareness
Articulate and ability to negotiate at Director level
Self motivated, utilise the contact database to effectively manage your personal pipeline, maximise current and future selling opportunities
Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of the management of the full sales cycle over a 2,3 or 4 year period, prospecting and the ability to challenge the status quo to deliver targets

REMUNERATION
£40k + unlimited commission (OTE £18k+), car, laptop, phone, 25 days holiday + bank holidays + option to buy & sell holidays, pension scheme, medical care and other flexible benefits
