Customer Success Consultant - USA

​Are you an experienced customer service provider who is adept at understanding technical detail and focussed on delivering first class service to your clients?

Our client, a global provider of data solutions, is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to manage relationships with its North American clients.

About the role

The role is to support the Sales team in the initial scoping and technical specifications of the solutions, through to the implementation and delivery of them. You would then continue to provide support around the maintenance and use of solutions provided, making sure the customer is utilising the product/s effectively, and is happy with the service, ensuring a successful renewal of contracts and where possible encourage incremental growth.

Due to current circumstances, this is initially a remote / home-working role, so flexible on location, but ideally, you will be located in or close to the Greater Atlanta area, where the office is based. There will be some requirement for US travel to meet with clients face to face on occasion.


  • Interpret customers’ requirements to identify workable solutions in co-ordination with the Product Delivery, Development, Analytics and Technical Consulting teams

  • Manage projects to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Use technical and product knowledge to deliver digital and data-related projects to customers.

  • Liaise directly with the customer during all phases of the project cycle through to order fulfilment.

  • Build strong customer relationships that promote brand loyalty.

  • Identify improvements to the professional service delivered based on experience gathered from customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will be someone who:

  • Understands the sales / commercial process

  • Demonstrable solutions delivery experience

  • Is comfortable with data science and technical solutions

  • Able to work on their own initiative, is a self-starter and a problem solver

  • Has experience in a similar Customer Success / Service role

  • Has previously worked in one of the following sectors: automotive after-sales, software or data solutions, e-cataloguing, oil industry

Key skills and experience necessary for the role are:

  • Service Excellence (must be able to evidence)

  • Excellent communication

  • Project Management / Co-ordination experience

  • Solutions delivery and problem solving

The role offers a competitive basic salary between $70K and $80K for the right candidate and depending on experience as well as health insurance, pension and opportunity to earn up to 15% of salary in annual bonus.
