You will be based in their central London office and reporting directly into the Vice President Marketing.
About the role:
You will be working within a fast paced and experienced marketing team and this role offers the autonomy to develop and drive digital marketing strategy globally.
This is a senior position within the business and you will form part of the leadership team, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement and developing digital technologies.
You will be expected to:
Manage, evaluate and develop the company’s digital strategy and propose new and creative growth opportunities
Plan and execute all web, SEO / SEM, database marketing, email, social media campaigns
Develop and improve social media presence including corporate channels, managing and ensuring the success of any paid media campaigns
Work with the brand and communications manager and wider marketing team to deliver the most effective key campaigns
Analyse, measure and report channel performance and effectiveness against brand objectives (ROI and KPIs) – Establish a robust measurement framework
Manage the global digital marketing platform and support colleagues in optimising it’s benefits
Manage global marketing agency relationships, ensuring timely delivery of powerful content
Develop digital marketing guidelines for the wider business
Support markets in developing their local e-Commerce strategy, engaging and encouraging internal stakeholders to minimise conflicts and maximise growth
You will be someone who has a deep understanding of digital marketing project management and a passion for customer engagement and emerging digital technologies.
You will be an enthusiastic self-starter who is commercially astute, innovative and results-driven.
Have a relevant marketing / business related degree
Have proven experience in digital marketing technologies and developing strategy
Have a track record in creating and managing high impact marketing campaigns
Have strong analytical and quantitative skills enabling you to understand and use the data
Be an excellent communicator, be able to influence key stakeholders and be able to present to an engage audiences at all levels
Understand and enjoy working with digital tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Goodly Analytics, CMS)
Ideally be someone from a lubricants or similar background and preferably have worked for a Blue-chip marketing company
Be able to manage projects and design and document processes

The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £70K (depending on experience) plus bonus and generous benefits package
