You will be based in their central London office and reporting directly into the Vice President EMEA.
About the role:
You will be expected to:
Work with the global marketing team and deliver core positioning and messaging of product CPVs across the UK and Europe
Manage the European marketing budget effectively
Establish an effective brand CVP frameworks
Develop and drive marketing communications in line with global marketing strategy
Work with the wider marketing team such as digital and sponsorship to ensure maximum brand engagement
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through networking and workshop attendance
Find opportunities to optimise and streamline products, working with sales, technology and other key stakeholders both internal and external
The ideal candidate will:
Have a degree in marketing / business or similar
Ideally have commercial lubricants experience (or relevant sector) and a good working knowledge of marketing in this area – Experience working with a blue-chip company is highly desirable
Have several years’ experience in market management – you will be able to support and create marketing strategy and campaigns
Be able to demonstrate experience in growing product brands
Have excellent attention to detail, analysis skills and general financial acumen – be able to prioritise and explore marketing channels within your budget
Be able to communicate, influence and collaborate across all levels
Be organised and disciplined, working to deadlines
Be customer focused with an understanding of tailoring communications and strategy to your target client base
