Are you a motivated and experienced international sales professional with knowledge of global markets? We are looking for an individual to join one of the UK’s leading lubricant manufacturer and distributors. This exciting opportunity offers you the ability to work across multiple markets with a diverse and well-established product offering.

You must be enterprising and looking for a challenging role where you will be part of a dynamic, aspiring sales culture. We are not looking for the finished article but someone who wants to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive team environment.

You will be someone who has worked in technical sales, ideally with some lubricants knowledge and you will have a proven track record of export sales. The ideal candidate will have worked across European and Asian markets and have a good general understanding of the various applications of lubricants across multiple sectors.

The role will be *home-based with some time at the company's UK head office. You willbe equally comfortable with driving export sales remotely as you are with overseas travel.

Are you

  • able to identify and develop new business opportunities for wholesale lubricant accounts in different global markets?

  • a confident communicator at all levels?

  • able to demonstrate a proven track record of new business development, general sales and account management on a global scale?

  • flexible to business travel and extended hours of work when required?

  • excellent at time management, great at organisation and reporting, and have good CRM skills?

  • able to work off your own initiative in addition to being a strong and effective team member?

  • driven and highly motivated, capable of hunting for new business in addition to managing key accounts?


Do you have

  • excellent commercial acumen?

  • strong negotiation skills?

  • a broad understanding of lubricants and their applications across multiple sectors including manufacturing, industrial, automotive and food grade?

  • proficient skills in MS Office (particularly Excel) Word, PowerPoint and the general internet?

  • a good knowledge of gross margin percentages and calculations, and therefore capable of producing commercially acceptable quotations, proposals and reports?
