Sales Manager

​An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and tenacious sales executive to join a well-regarded international tank storage business based at one of their terminals in Tallinn, Estonia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the renting out of capacity at this strategically located asset with a primary focus of targeting customers in the Baltic, Russian and NWE region.

Main Tasks:

  • Renting out tanks and other services

  • Drafting offers and contracts

  • Attract new business/new customers/renew or extend contracts

  • Develop long term and structural relationships with (potential) customers

  • Ensure a comprehensive knowledge of the market

  • Proactively seek and propose business opportunities

  • Issuance of monthly commercial reports

General Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building long term relationships with (potential) customers

  • Can act and negotiate at high level

  • Responsible for Commercial Contract Management

  • Co-responsible for Sales (storage and services) budget

  • General knowledge of market and new developments

  • Maintaining contact with his/her peers within the wider group

  • Responsible for on time payments (A/R)

  • Compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures

  • Ensures customer satisfaction

Previous Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant knowledge and experience in commercial function in the service industry

  • Knowledge of Baltic/Russian and (NW) European Oil and Chemical market is preferred

  • Knowledge of industry standards, marketing and sales policies and processes

Education:

  • Bachelor / Master’s Degree or comparable

  • Proven track record in oil/chemicals industry or related fields

Languages:

Russian and English
