Exiting opportunity for proactive Sales Manager to join this exciting and sought after business. The ideal candidate with have fuel sector experience with strong commercial and analytical skills as you will be accountable for delivery of results and growth.
You will also be managing a sales team of 6 and be responsible for team coaching and development, ensuring optimisation of current accounts and development of new business.

Management of a team of 6, ensuring company strategy is implemented, development of the team to ensure targets and personal KPI's are achieved, ensuring motivation levels remain high
Responsible for retaining and winning new tenders and managing the P&L of customer and national accounts
Development of company strategy and analysing complex data, especially regarding new business growth areas

Ability to manage and motivate an experienced sales team
Analytical and commercial experience within the fuels market
Understanding the general supply chain and general running of national accounts
Excellent communication and presentation skills
