We’re looking for candidates with work experience, but this does not need to be recruitment related.  You will have a ‘can do attitude’ and a desire to make a difference.  

Working on an established desk, you’ll be supporting our Senior Recruitment Consultants, and joining a team who are respected in their sectors for their excellent market knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:
•    Identifying candidates for existing or future roles using a diverse range of sources (telephone and screen-based research, database searching, networking through our existing contacts)
•    Contacting candidates to determine their level of interest in and suitability for roles
•    Providing Senior recruiters with a list of candidates that have a high likelihood of being suitable for current roles
•    Assisting Senior Recruiters in researching and identifying new clients within our market sectors
•    Building professional relationships with industry contacts
•    Attending industry events and general desk related administration

The role requires strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to be flexible, adaptable, and deadline focused.  You’ll thrive on working under pressure and will be competent in prioritising your work load to get the job done.  

Our business is all about building relationships and networking, so a warm and engaging telephone manner is essential.  You’ll need excellent communication skills and will demonstrate confidence, patience and tenacity.  Prepared to build up an extensive network of contacts, you’ll be keen to pro-actively make contact with candidates.
